Fellowship Conference Center

Retreat Facilities

The Fellowship Conference Center has many available areas for your retreat. Our facilities are open year round and every day of the week. Groups may request the use of TV/VCR, chalkboards, dry-erase marker boards, and microphone/sound system. Most conference rooms have a piano. Coffee and snacks are available. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are served daily. Most of the Conference rooms are accessible by a flight of stairs and are not handicap accessible.

Restrictions: In keeping with our ministry guidelines and as a courtesy to our guests we do not allow pets nor the use and/or display of alcoholic beverages and smoking anywhere upon the premises.

Sunny Corner & Bethel Guest House- Single or Double Occupancy Rooms, with Hall Bath or Private Bath accommodations.

Bethany Guest House-Single or Double Occupancy Rooms, with Private Bath accommodations.

Pleasant View Guest House- Single or Double Occupancy Rooms, with Hall Bath accommodations.

Maranatha Guest House-Single Occupancy Rooms, with Hall Bath accommodations.

Regular Group Rates:

Deposits:   A non-refundable, deductible deposit will hold your reservation.

Conference Room Fee per day: $5.00 per person

Overnight Basic Rates (per person):  Rates will be adjusted according to length of stay and meals. (Please call for rates)

Room w. hall bath -         1 night/ 3 meals    $                 

                                      2 nights/ 6 meals  $

Room w. private bath -    1 night/ 3 meals    $                 

                                      2 nights/ 6 meals   $

Conference Rooms

The Sunny Corner conference Room is located in the basement of the Sunny Corner Guest House. The room can seat approximately 75 person and is approximately 1600 sqft. The room is not handicapped accessible. During the cold winter months, a fireplace is available.

Maranatha Sun Porch 

The Maranatha Sun Porch can seat approximately 25 persons.  The Sun Porch is located on the second floor and is not handicapped accessible.

Maranatha Chapel

The Maranatha Chapel can seat approximately 175  persons, and is handicapped accessible. The Conference Chapel is reserved on Sunday mornings for Services and for the Conference Center events.

Conference Chapel (Closed January until April)

The Conference Chapel is reserved on Sunday mornings for Services and for the Conference Center events. It can seat up to 500 persons and is handicapped accessible.

Youth Center

The Youth Center has a large multipurpose room, recreation room and a full size gym. The multipurpose room can be rearranged depending on the needs of the group/retreat. It can seat  75 persons and is approximately 1500 sqft. The Youth Center is not handicapped accessible.

The Youth Center is only available on weekends (Friday after 7 PM until Sunday 7PM)

Dormitory Accommodations in the Youth Center: There are 2 Dormitories, usually one for men and another for women. Each dormitory has two open rooms that sleep twelve persons each "six bunk beds" and a bathroom. There are also seven rooms that sleep four persons each with one bathroom. All meals are served in the Youth Center Dining Hall unless other arrangements are made upon reservation. The various rooms in the youth Center may also be reserved for the group activities.

4 Dorm Rooms- Total of 48 beds (Six showers), 7 Rooms- Total of 28 beds (Three Showers) Please bring your sleeping bag (or your own bed linen and blankets) and towels.
