Welcome to Day Camp Sunshine & Jr. Camp Sunshine Registration Page.

 When you continue to the link at the bottom of the page, you will be transferred to a Secure Web Page where you will begin the registration process.

Please read the following steps below to help you navigate through the registration process easily.

If you have any questions or issues with the registration site, or if you have any general registration questions, please e-mail camp_registrar@fellowshipdeaconry.org.

  1. You must have MS Internet Explorer6 or higher to enter the registration pages. (Windows only, will not work with Mac's)
  2. Upon transfer, you will be greeted by the following page:

If your child has never attended Camp Sunshine, please select “My Camper is new to the camp and I do not have a user account” and continue. 

If your child has attended Camp Sunshine, please select “I have a returning camper and I have a user account” and continue.

  1. Next you will enter your user account information. Keep your user account and password handy for future changes and payments.
  2. Next will be the registration pages for your child. If you are the parent of a returning camper, you should be able to look up your child’s information and continue. Please ensure your camper’s Birth Date and selected graduation years are correct  (If you have a returning camper and you do not find your child’s information, please enter your child’s information as a new camper, we apologize for the inconvenience).
  3. Please fill in as much information as you can for your child. If we do not receive certain items you may be asked at a future time to sign in again and fill out more information. The Items marked *Required Item* or any items in bold are required to be filled in to continue through the registration process. Such items are:

·         Emergency Contact Information

·         Parent/Guardian information

·         T-shirt size

·         Permissions to attend Camp

·         Health Insurance and Doctor’s information

·         Allergy Information

·         Immunization Records and Dates

  1. Then you will select the weeks (Programs) that your child will attend camp. You will also be selecting if you would like your child to receive lunch or be part of the Early Arrival & Late Departure program (Sub-programs)

 Please select the Program “Camper registration fee 8/31” (Non-refundable) in addition to your other weeks. This is your registration fee; if this is not paid, we will place you on a waiting list until it is paid, even if you have selected and paid for other weeks. 

  1. You will then fill out billing information.
  2. Then you will be brought to the last page for payment. Please fill in each week the amount you desire to pay for that week. ($25 minimum for each week including the registration fee.) You may come back and make payments as many times as you wish until you have paid in full. All payments must be received by May 25, 2008.

 Once you have registered (by paying at least $25 each week and the Camper registration Fee; You do not need to be paid in full), we will be e-mailing to the User account e-mail address, the Welcome Letter, Emergency Contact Information, Camper Authorization Pick-Up Form, and Medical Form with the information that you entered. You will be asked to print, review and sign the paperwork and send it back to us.

Family discounts will be applied by us once you have registered your children. ($30 off per week per additional child)

 Once all your paperwork and payments have been received we will confirm your registration. This must all be accomplished before Saturday, May 31, 2008 or your child will no longer be enrolled in the Camp 2008 season.  (Late registrations will be handled on a case by case basis).

Last minute reminder... Please pay $25 for each week in order to be registered for that week!!!(Just paying the $25 Registration fee does not Guarantee registration for camp weeks selected!!)
